We collect your email address when you submit it to join our launch list.

When our online store opens, orders will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor. In connection with an order, Stripe collects the name, shipping address, and payment details required to complete and ship that order. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not collected or stored by us.

If you contact us by email, including to submit a wholesale inquiry, we receive your email address and any other information you choose to include in your message.

Our web host maintains standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses.

How we use information

We use the information described above to send launch announcements and product update emails, to fulfill and support orders, and to respond to inquiries we receive.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate this site, our email, and our payment processing, and only as needed for them to provide those services, or where required by law.

Cookies

During the preview period, this site sets a single functional cookie to record that a visitor has been granted access, and stores shopping cart contents on your device. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Retention and deletion

We retain your email address until you ask to be removed. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also reply to any email to be removed from the list.
